At the time of writing, Windows 10 does not have a built-in application to
convert images to animated GIF. However, there are free applications that
you can use, one of them is an app I made called Imaseq Player. If you want
to follow the steps in this post, you can download the app below.
Step 1: Create a new “Folder”
Step 2: Place the images into the folder of “Step 1”
Note: Make sure all the images are in PNG or JPG extension, and you named them according to their animation order.
Step 3: With “Imaseq Player” open, click “Browse Folder” and locate the
folder in “Step 1”
Step 4: Click “Play” to preview the animation
Step 5: Adjust the value of the “FPS” slider to change the speed of the
animation
Step 6: Click “Save”
Step 7: Choose a save directory, file name and then click “Save”
If the GIF creation is a success, you should see your animated GIF on the
directory you choose in “Step 7”
